Maths Reflection

I am learning to recognize the effect of multiplying or dividing by 10, 100 and 1,000.

I am so proud of being able to know how to multiply and divide by 10, 100 and 1,000.

It can be tricky to multiply by 10, 100 and 1,000 and 10,000.

My buddy can help me with this task.

The next step for me in my learning is to try to do more of these questions and make them harder.

Finding Fractions of a Set

My Reflection

I was learning to find fractions of a set.  I found this easy because I know fractions.  My next step is to try fractions with a different numerator.

Learning About Fractions

What is fair share ? Everyone the same part or the some number
What does equal mean ? It mean same
What does a fraction look like ? It  it has a top number and a bottom number
What is the numerator ? top number the number that are shaded
What is the denominator ? bottom number tells me the whole number

I have been learning to solve multiplication problems using repeated addition. I found this easy because the video helped me understand about repeated addition. My next step is to work harder and know all my times tables off by heart.

I have been learing to round numbers to the nearest 10 and 100.  I found it easy because I know my maths.  My next step is to do biger numbers

Number Squares 2 - Addition

This is my Maths Squares activity.  I had to add the numbers on the outside to make the middle ones.  It was easy because I knew the answers.  I practise my basic facts every night in bed.
