Puppet Perls play

My Reflection
We have been learning to read out loud using expression. We need to look at the punctuation to help us use expression. When there is an exclamation mark we made it sound louder and interesting. We read a play to practice and then record it on Puppet Pals
I found this easy because I only had a small part.
My next step is to do no mistakes when I read.

Learning About Fractions

What is fair share ? Everyone the same part or the some number
What does equal mean ? It mean same
What does a fraction look like ? It  it has a top number and a bottom number
What is the numerator ? top number the number that are shaded
What is the denominator ? bottom number tells me the whole number


Learning about Explanation Writing


My Reflection 
I  have been learning about Explanation Writing. I now know that Explanation wiring tells about how something works. I found the quiz easy because I know the answers.
My next step is to write my own Explanation

Term 3 Week 2 Rugby

On Thursday our school had a rugby game and it was at our home pitch. I played forward and I got a try. It was the wining try.

There were heaps of scrums cause they knocked it on we got the feed for scrums.  We keep bumping them off and they fell over everytime.   
Nathan got the ball from the scrum. He did a cut. Then I ran as fast as I can for the corner and dived. I went through their arms.  They clapped my team off the field because it was the end of the game. The score was 61 to us and 10 to them.

It was an amazing game.

BLOG RECONT

                                                                       :) (RUGBY GAME)  :)


On Friday we played rugby against Star of the Sea.  It was a home game.

 First we went to RM 30 to get ready for the game and Mrs Howard had to check that we had a mothgard.  Eli did not have one so I gave him one.

Next we went to train on the field. After training they came.

Then we played.  I kicked the ball off at the beginning.  Then they scored.  Next Dee kicked it off.   Then Curtis got a big hit and it was muddy. Then Curtis got a try.  Then Dee got the conversion.

The Final score was 34 to them and we go 7 points.  I felt happy cause I played the whole game.

My Reflection

We have been learning to find and summarise information.  I worked with Riley on this task,  We have been learning about the brain and in this activity we had to find words from A-Z about the brain.  Some we got from our brain and some we looked on the internet.  I found lots of facts about the brain.  It was interesting and I enjoyed it.  My next step is to read more facts and find harder words.

100 WORD CHALLINGE

MORE THAN 100 WORD CHALLENGe

ONE NIGHT I WENT FOR A WALK WITH MY FRIEND IN A DEEP AND DARK FOREST the silence was deafening ALL  AROUND ME SO REALLY QUICKLY WE STARTED TO RUN EXTREMELY FAST AWAY AND OUT OF THE DEEP AND DARK FOREST. IT WAS AS SCARY AS SPOOKERS!!!!!!!! THEN WE CONTINUED OUR JOURNEY BACK HOME THEN WE WENT TO SLEEP.  THEN WE WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING WE WENT BACK IN THE FOREST WITH OUR OTHER FRIEND JEFF HE WASN’T SCARED OF ANYTHING SO WE TRIED TO MAKE HIM REALLY SCARED OF THE FOREST.  SO WE ADDED IN SOME SOUND EFFECTS TO MAKE HIM EXTREMELY SCARED SO THAT HE WOULD PEE HIS PANTS!!!!!!  THEN HE DID PEE HIS PANTS HE ALMOST VOMITED TOO!!!! (HE DID ACTUALLY VOMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
